Yes, we ship Australia wide. We offer free standard shipping excluding Tasmania on all our flat-packs.

Breeze Design Co. offer returns for faulty items only. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will cover the postage back to us. Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind as most products are made to order.

Please email us at hello@breezedesignco.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item and we will happliy send you a replacement piece. We may ask you to take a photo of the broken piece along with the postage label for us to claim this on postage insurance.

If you do not get in touch with us within the time frame unfortunately we will charge you for the replacement piece and postage charges.

We recommend if your item is a gift to open it and check if all pieces are ok before wrapping.

All products are made in Australia, NSW. Some products will be made to order, we ask your patience on this as we are a small business and do everything ourselves in-house. Please allow us to hand make your order for you as soon as we receive it. We will send you a shipping notification when it is on its way to your door.

We use double sided industrial standard melamine which is locally sourced.

All products are shipped using recyclable and land-filled biodegradable products. Our sticky tape and bundling wrap can be recycled with your soft plastics or can be disposed of in the general waste bin. Once disposed to landfill biodegradation is accelerated approximately 90+% faster than conventional plastics, producing an organic matter (a natural fertiliser) and no microplastics.

Please contact us at hello@breezedesignco.com.au and we can machine you a new piece. Please keep in mind we do not cover postage for replacement pieces but are happy to help you fix your flat-pack.
